Southwynd Residences is a socialized and economic housing brand of Palm Beach Realty and Development Corporation (PBRDC). PBRDC has proven its track record of building quality and affordable houses since its incorporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 3, 1998. We built and turned over homes across our four housing developments in South Luzon. Each home is a testament to our commitment in helping every Filipino make the dream of owning a home a reality.
